The MTD dies must obey special requirements. High quality standards are imposed by the MTD technology.

This is why MTD introduced a rigourous certification procedure, which have to be followed for die fabrication.

To ensure maximum benefit, MTD helps the extruder in training and support on site for die fabrication and die shop equipment.

Alternatively, MTD delivers fabricated dies to the extruder. In such cases, the fabrication is realized in partnership by a certified die maker (Phoenix International SPa), under the supervision of MTD.
