Fabricated dies
Dies designed by MTD must obey special requirements as high quality standards are imposed by our technology. This is why we have introduced a rigourous certification procedure, which has to be followed dusing die manufacturing.
To ensure maximum benefit, MTD helps the extruder in training and support on site for die fabrication and die shop equipment.
Alternatively, MTD delivers fabricated dies to the extruder. In such cases, the fabrication is realized in partnership by a certified die maker (Phoenix International S.P.A.), under the supervision of MTD .
